Shipping and Returns

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. When using the Gold Coast Hydroponics Store or Website, you agree to accept and comply with the Terms and Conditions.

These include terms, conditions, disclaimers, notices, restrictions and variations.  Your use of this website confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Return Policy: Please contact us within 10 days from the date you receive your order/purchase if you have any issues with the product and would like to return.

We will offer a full refund if an item is not as described or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.

If you decide you do not require an item that is not faulty please inform us within 10 calendar days of purchase and we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion but the customer will be responsible for any postage costs if they occur and if it is not a result of our error.

If an item fails to work properly please call or email us as soon as possible.  Once the item is received it will be determined if it can be repaired or needs replacement.

If the customer is instructed to return item, the item must be returned in the original condition, with the original packaging, all accessories and paper work.

Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received in a damaged condition, broken or modified due to inadequate packaging will void the warranty.


We require photo ID of the card holder on collection for in store ‘pick up’ orders over $100.
If a photo ID can not be provided by the customer the goods will not be released and a refund will be given.

  • If an online payment is via credit card and the customer requires a refund on a product not faulty or not due in error to us, credit card charges will be deducted at 5% of the sale (this is a charge that the credit card company does not refund to us)

Please do not send by C.O.D. – If a buyer sends back the item/s by a C.O.D. service, the Item/s WILL NOT be accepted.
